Right of Cancellation

The purchase can be cancelled within the cancellation period without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days after receiving the ordered goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, the decision to cancel must be communicated to Coriolis.Studio by means of a clear message within the cancellation period. This can be done by email, via social media or by post. The necessary contact information is provided in the imprint.

Consequences of the Cancellation

After the cancellation of the contract, Coriolis.Studio will refund all payments made, including the delivery costs, within 14 days after receipt of the relevant goods. The same means of payment, if possible, that was used for the original transaction will be used for the refund. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, no fees will be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned.

The goods must be returned or handed over to us no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
