Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts and transactions concluded via the Coriolis.Studio webshop between the Customer and Coriolis Studio.
By using the webshop, the Customer expressly agrees to these GTC. Deviating terms and conditions of the Customer shall only apply if we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the web shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By sending an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to refuse an order without giving reasons. In this case, we will inform the customer immediately and, if applicable, refund any payments already received.

Prices and terms of payment

The prices stated in the webshop are in the currency indicated and include the statutory value-added tax as well as any other applicable taxes. Shipping costs and additional fees are shown separately.
Payment of the order can be made by various means. The customer is obliged to make the payment immediately after completing the order.
In the case of refunds or cancellations of orders, the specified conditions apply, which are indicated on our website or during the order process.

Delivery conditions

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the stated delivery times. However, delivery times are non-binding estimates and may depend on external factors over which we have no direct control.

Shipping options, including possible shipping providers and their costs, will be displayed during the ordering process.
Ownership of the delivered products does not pass to the customer until payment has been made in full.

Right of cancellation

The customer has the legal right of withdrawal as described in the withdrawal policy on our website. In order to exercise this right, the customer must inform us of his cancellation within the period specified in the cancellation policy.
The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods in the event of a revocation, unless otherwise agreed or the products delivered do not correspond to those ordered.

Limitations of liability

We shall only be liable for damages if these are based on a grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty on our part or on a grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty on the part of a legal representative or vicarious agent.

Intellectual property

Final provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision which comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
– Contracts concluded on the basis of these GTC shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland.
